Our online store is open 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST Monday - Thursday, and 8:00AM to 3:30 PM Friday. Orders received by 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday, and by 3:00PM on Friday will ship the same day.

Minimum Online Orders
A minimum order of $15 is required.


Return Procedure
Please contact Sonora Design Associates by phone at (805) 644-8913 x 0 and provide your name, order number, date of purchase and reason for item return. You will then be issued an RMA number. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to cover the shipping and handling for the return of all unused items. No credits will be issued until the product is received and tested. Within 90 days of receipt of your order, you may return:
Any item in its original condition that either did not fit your application or was not needed. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. A refund will be issued as either store credit or credit card cash refund. Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:
Original packaging is missing.
Product is not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damage)
Product was purchased from a Sonora Design Associates distributor (except through prior authorization)
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Defective Products

All customers must have an RMA for defective products within 90 days of order receipt. Sonora Design will send a pre-paid UPS Return Label for ground shipment back to customer service. We will (at our discretion) repair or replace the defective product within 5 business days and return the product by UPS ground to you at no additional charge. If immediate product replacement is required, Sonora Design will send a replacement product with a credit card guarantee. If the defective product is not returned within 10 business days of the RMA issue date, the credit card will be charged for the product amount. All products will be sent UPS ground. The customer is responsible for any additional charges for expedited shipping.

Shortages and Incorrect/Damaged Shipments

The customer must notify Sonora Design Associates within 10 days from order receipt if the incorrect product or quantity is shipped. Sonora will replace the incorrect product at no cost to the customer once the original product is returned with an RMA. Loss or damage in transit must be filed with the carrier within 10 days. Product Warranty

Items sold by Sonora Design Associates are warranted to be free from defect for a minimum of one (1) year. Some items may have longer warranties, see your product documentation for details. This warranty is invalid for improper installation of the product beyond the scope of its intended use.
